It’s an impossible, foreboding structure.
Heavy carved wooden beams reach into the sky, each one precise and identical as the last. Inside a blanket of purple flowers is illuminated by the twinkling stars above, and all around wild animals lie dormant; the lion, the bear, the sheep with the bright blue fleece.
A gentle melody seems to carry in the air, a distant chiming of a happy tune.
It’s calm now, but it won’t be for long. It never is for long.
Because soon, she’ll wake up.
